How does the free trial work?

Sign up for a free trial of Studiate and enjoy access to all of our features (Plus plan) for 30 days! Your free trial does not require a creditcard. You even get free message or e-mail support in case you have questions about setting up your account. During the Beta period you can use the Full plan for free. We will notify you when the Beta period ends. After that you have the possibility to extend your free use of Studiate using the 30-day trial period. We will notify you before your trial expires, and you can decide to subscribe to a paid plan or let your trial expire.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept payment via iDeal, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. All payments are done through our payment provider Mollie so all payments on Studiate are safe and secure.

Can I switch plans?

Of course you can! You can make changes to your plan at any time. Just send us a message using chat or send an e-mail to info@studiate.com and our support team will help you switch plans.
If you want to use one of our Additional services (Declaration Income tax + Annual figures or School functionality), just contact our support team and they will set you up.

How long are your contracts?

You are not bound by any contracts or commitments. Studiate is a pay-as-you-go service (monthly), so you can make changes to your plan whenever you need to. You will be enrolled for automatic payments at the start of each month. You can discontinue your subscription at any point in time by cancelling your subscription before the next recurring payment. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to your plan’s features until the end of your subscription period.

Is my data safe?

We take security seriously. Our servers are hosted in a world class data center. We ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. Our data center is EU safe harbor compliant and all Studiate plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe.

What happens to my documents/data if I cancel my paid subscription?

You will always have access to your documents/data after you cancel your paid subscription. You own your data! You can export all your data using CSV from Studiate any time you need, in any plan. Upon cancelling your subscription, your account will be moved to our Free plan.
